Services Provided
Anacapa Cleaning Service offers residential, commercial, and specialty cleaning services, including but not limited to:

One-time, daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleanings

Move-in/move-out cleanings

Janitorial, carpet, window, and pressure washing

Post-construction and event cleaning
All services are subject to availability and may vary by location.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. Late payments may result in service interruption or additional fees.
Insurance & Liability
We are fully insured and bonded. While we take great care during all services, Anacapa Cleaning Service is not liable for pre-existing damage, improperly installed fixtures, or normal wear and tear.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or abusive to our staff.
Service Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re unsatisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Modifications
